Terms of service

Customer terms for using WDF on the web and in the app.

Effective April 15, 2026. These terms govern customer account creation, ordering, payments, pickup and delivery, garment care, and support across the WDF customer experience.

1. Using WDF

WDF provides customers with access to account creation, sign-in, order placement, order tracking, support access, and related laundry pickup and delivery services where WDF is available. By using WDF, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and account registration

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. Customers may create an account through the WDF website or supported sign-in providers such as Google. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless you notify WDF promptly about unauthorized access.

3. Orders, scheduling, and availability

Pickup windows, delivery windows, and service availability depend on location, operating capacity, and current order volume. Timing estimates shown in WDF are targets rather than guarantees. WDF may reschedule or decline service when weather, safety issues, address access, order volume, or garment concerns make normal service unavailable.

4. Garment care and customer instructions

You are responsible for providing accurate care instructions, checking pockets, removing prohibited items, and identifying garments that require special handling. WDF and the service teams supporting WDF may rely on the preferences and notes you provide in the account or order flow. Items left in pockets, mislabeled garments, or goods requiring care beyond the stated order instructions may delay service or require additional review.

5. Prohibited and restricted items

You may not submit hazardous materials, items contaminated with biohazards, illegal goods, weapons, cash, jewelry, or any item that cannot be handled safely in a standard laundry workflow. WDF may refuse service, pause an order, or return items unprocessed when restricted content is discovered.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices, minimums, service fees, taxes, and promotional credits are shown in the customer ordering experience where available. Website order pricing may be presented as an estimate before final operational review. By placing an order, you authorize WDF to use the order details you provided to intake, confirm, and fulfill service and to charge the payment method associated with your account when payment collection is enabled or otherwise arranged for the service. Failed or reversed payments may result in delayed future service or account restrictions until the balance is resolved.

7. Cancellations, missed pickups, and delivery issues

If you need to change or cancel an order, do so as early as possible through WDF support or the active order flow. WDF may charge a missed pickup or late cancellation fee when a courier or service team has already been dispatched. If a delivery cannot be completed because of address access issues, no-show conditions, or unsafe conditions, WDF may reschedule delivery and apply additional fees where permitted.

8. Order status, support, and communications

WDF may send account, support, order, and security communications by email or through the product experience. Customer web access includes sign-in, password reset, and recent order visibility. Support may request additional verification before discussing account details or making account changes.

9. Claims, garment issues, and limitations

Report order issues, missing items, visible damage, or service concerns to WDF support as soon as possible after delivery. Normal wear, manufacturer defects, age-related fabric weakness, color loss from unstable dyes, and damage caused by inaccurate customer instructions are not the responsibility of WDF. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WDF's liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service unless a different limit is required by law.

10. Suspension and termination

WDF may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, misuse promotions, interfere with service operations, submit fraudulent claims, abuse support channels, or create safety risks for staff or service partners. You may stop using WDF at any time, but outstanding balances and previously incurred obligations remain due.

11. Changes to the service or these terms

WDF may update features, availability, pricing structures, or these terms over time. Continued use of WDF after an updated terms date means you accept the revised terms.
