Choose where to start.

Keep the storefront record accurate.

WDF may require business and representative verification before publishing a storefront or enabling orders and payouts.

Business identity and listings

Keep the legal and public business names, registration and contact information, service areas, hours, turnaround times, pricing inputs, and payout details current.

Authority to manage the storefront

The person managing a storefront must be authorized to act for that business. Use individual authorized access rather than shared credentials.

Give each person only the access they need.

Storefront owners are responsible for invitations, employee and operator access, role permissions, and activity performed through accounts under their control.

Add and remove access deliberately

Each person should use their own authorized access. Remove access promptly when a worker or operator no longer needs it, and report suspected compromise to WDF.

Owner responsibility

The storefront remains responsible for its workers and for complying with employment, contractor, wage, tax, workplace, and other applicable laws.

Protect every order and every customer.

Maintain suitable premises, equipment, staffing, and processes; follow customer instructions and represented service standards; and keep machine and order status accurate.

Customer property and incident reporting

Protect items in the storefront's custody and promptly report loss, damage, delays, contamination, or safety incidents through an authorized support channel.

Customer and order information

Access and use customer and order information only for authorized fulfillment, support, accounting, safety, and legal purposes.

Keep money, records, and marketplace activity honest.

Customer charges, platform fees, payout calculations, adjustments, refunds, reserves, and payout timing follow current product settings and applicable program materials.

Payout onboarding and records

Payment and payout services may require separate processor onboarding. The storefront is responsible for accurate payout details, taxes, books, permits, and legally required customer disclosures.

Marketplace integrity

Do not manipulate orders, reviews, pricing, promotions, availability, or performance data. Follow applicable consumer-protection, privacy, accessibility, labor, safety, and environmental requirements.
